| My goal for years has been: "Learn to live the abundant life, and help others to do the same". I believe that the "abundant" life includes every aspect of my life... a wonderful family where love is ever present and freely expressed, a sense of personal purpose and satisfaction, rich relationships, spiritual growth, time freedom and financial success.

How To Overcome Procrastination and Fear...
Is there a "key" that can unlock the mental door that keeps us from making the efforts necessary to succeed? Yes there is! That key is called "determination". Once we become determined to do something, then we will make the effort necessary to accomplish the task.
Men that go into battle certainly do so with fear, but what causes them to do so in spite of their fears? It is because they have determined for them to do so.
When we want something badly enough, we become determined enough to do whatever it takes to get it.
How do become determined? We must make our dreams bigger than our fears! We must learn to think about what it is we want, all the time. Focus on what you want, not the rejection or work necessary to accomplish it.
A person, less accomplished and less able than others, will make their dreams become a reality, simply because they chose to think about their goals, dreams and desires to the point that they HAD to make the efforts necessary to achieve them.
Is this really true?
Take a look at your life. Are your goals written out? Do you look at them every day? Do you think about what your life will be like once you accomplish your goals?
TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR LIFE! Only you can build the fire within yourself. Only you can fuel the fire. If you fail to build and continue to fuel your fire, then you will not become determined.
Make your dreams bigger than your fears. When you feel apathetic or fearful, think about your dreams and then tell yourself the TRUTH, "I will not get my dream of _______, if I do not do this thing I am afraid of". Recognize the truth.
People think that desire and determination is natural and does not have to be fueled. Nothing could be more false! Many raised in poverty have vowed to themselves to never experience poverty again and became determined to overcome all odds to make sure that it didn't happen.
Make your dreams bigger than your fears. You will have to fail to succeed. What will cause you to go through the failures necessary to get the successes? Only through your determination will you realize your goals and dreams.
