Our download database contains thousands of modifications made by thousands of different people. The GTA Place do NOT claim ownership of any of these mods, nor do we claim we made them, unless otherwise stated. Where known, the original author is always made clear. We allow our visitors to submit modifications to us, and approve any good ones accordingly, it is possible for someone to submit any mod they like, however, if it is clear that the author doesn't want it hosted on other websites, for instance if there is a disclaimer in the readme file, we will not host it. If the original author of a mod finds their mod here, and for some reason isn't happy with that, they are free to email us and request its removal. Any allegations of 'ripping' mods are unsubstantiated, unless you notice a mod where an author has simply edited your readme and claimed themselves as the author, please contact us so we can add them to the blacklist, and update accordingly.
